As we proceed towards the festive season in less than a week, we need to ensure that everyone gets the memo of everything we are doing and not doing this upcoming festive season.

If there is anything that we are not doing this December, it is to spend long hours standing on top of stoves cooking all day long.

Don’t get me wrong, the goal is to ensure that everyone is fully fed and energized. However, if we are too caught up with pots then when will we ever experience the outside life and all the festivities that await?

December comes once a year and the pots are there all year round. So stay with us we put you on with these ways of working smarter and not harder.

While salads and those nice sides may make an aesthetically appealing plate. Having eaten a plate with salads and meat often isn’t filling as much as it should be.

This is where the power of mealie pap comes in. Mealie pap will always be suitable for any occasion and will always be famous for ensuring that people are left full and filled.

Nothing beats eating your braai chops, and chakalalaka salad with a big two scoops of fluffy mealie pap.
