In South Africa, we normally see situations where a mother is left by the father of hr child.

This has now become one of the biggest challenges of the country where now women need to put a stop to their lives and raise their babies alone.

I have seen a different case on TikTok recently where a father was raising his daughter alone. While he did not disclose the reason why the mother left but shared a video of his baby saying it is day two together.

The video of a cute baby laying in bed was shared by her father moved a lot of people under the comment section. It was mostly women who were giving him words of affirmation and motivation on how to take care of the baby.

One user who saw the baby with rush mentioned that the furry blanket that she was laying on top might be the reason why she has the rush.

As others continued with giving advices one user said that they hope the father goes to court and apply for full custody, “I am saying this because later on she might come and want her baby back and we know umthetho waseMzantsi [mzantsi’s law] might give her back.”

One user who had concerns about the mother shared that, “If the mother is suffering from postpartum depression, please be patient with her and try getting her help. if that’s not the case Modimo otla mmona [God will she her] for leaving such a beautiful baby. Love to you & Ava.”

Other social media users offered to help him on days where he needs to rest saying they’d look after the baby
