Internet users were shocked when a woman exposed her helper for using ‘muti’ in her household.

TikTok creator who goes by the username @thandekam24, posted a video of her questioning her helper who comes from Lesotho about what she discovered.

Muti is a traditional African medicine that can be used for both healing and harm, depending on the intended purpose.

On her TikTok page, Thandeka speaks on how she went on to discover that there was muti in her house further explaining that she had dreams that indicated that something was happening. She says that she trusted her helper as she was assisting around their house and with the children.

When she explained it seemed that her dreams directed her to search the helper’s bag where she found her underwear wrapped in muti.

In the comment section, a user posed the question of the creator’s decision to hire someone who was not a South African citizen.

Another user assumed that the helper could have been using the medicine for her reasons.

One user alluded that the helper wanted her to separate from her husband so that her daughter could take the husband.

A TikTok user explained that she uses a cleaning company to clean her house that way there isn’t someone who is always there.
