Identical twins go viral on TikTok with their unusual content.

These content creators have left Mzansi in a media feeding frenzy after a video showcasing the two wearing what appears to be the famous prison orange uniform.

Banele and Bandile, who go by the name “SkinnyLeague” on TikTok, creates content as inmates.

The TikTokers have shared, in one of the videos, how they made their prison costumes, leaving many people confused and shocked.

With many people on the platform, raising concerns about prison regulations but, the two continue to grow their page sitting with more than 37K followers, creating more prison-related content.

The duo’s efforts never go unnoticed with yet another attraction of this dynamic duo who shared a video of them unboxing a gift from TikTok, which was shared last month.

According to TshisaLive, the Mpumalanga twins use a room that looks like a prison where they shoot their videos and are reportedly inspired by a nearby correctional service facility.

“We stay near a prison facility in Mpumalanga. Being exposed to the facility and seeing the inmates influenced the idea of doing TikTok lives and posting content,” said Banele.

Although the pair received positive and negative feedback, they believe they bring a dose of laughter that is very much needed at a time when mental health issues are very prominent.

“Certain people may feel we may not be allowed to do this but we are using this mechanism because we are aware of mental health. We realise people are going through a lot, including depression and trauma. We believe this may help send the message out about mental health,”Banele said.
