We live in a time where we are facing a high rise in unemployment, so starting your own business or anything that will help you generate money is encouraged.

A tiktoker @silulekoSibiya shared that she built herself rental flats at the age of 20.

This is an inspiration to work hard and keep going no matter how hard it gets, it is also a good investment because people are always looking for places to rent. This kind of business does not really get to a point where you need to shut it down.

Taking to TikTok she shared a video which showed the building process from start to finish.

Many TikTokers took to her comment section to applaud her for the hard work:

“Syakubongela sisi wami ngikfisela impumelelo yodwa (We are happy for you girl; we wish you all the best).”

“Good investment…. tip nyana to someone who is planning to build rental rooms, building is no child games kuyanyiwa don’t rush to finish kancane kancane, ” wrote another one.

The young girl replied. “Yeah, it did show flames, but my mom is helping me, and everything will be done soon.”

Another one wrote, ” Always wanted to do this, I’m proud of you and congratulations. If you don’t mind, may I ask how you started?”

“I had the privilege to get money, so I decided to build something for myself,” responded the TikToker.
