It is an indisputable fact that worms will always be present in our bodies, whether we want them or not.

This, due to the unhealthy lifestyles that many of us live which often causes us to expose our bodies to all sorts of germs. Healthline, a reputable health and wellness hub shares that human beings often expose themselves to worms by allowing kids to play in dirty soil or play areas, eating foods that are prone to attracting worms.

Once entered into the body these unwelcomed parasites can cause significant discomfort in the form of abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, gas, or even chronic fatigue.

These parasites can range from tape worms, which can cause skin irritation and fever, to pinworms, which can cause itching in the anal area.

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, it is recommended that you seek immediate deworming treatment without delay.

What is deworming?

Deworming is a term used to describe the elimination intestinal parasites in the form of worms using medication. MedicineNet, an expert medical hub, believes that human beings should at least deworm twice a year or every six months.

Meanwhile if you are not the type of person who enjoys taking tablets, another publication Di Doc revealed that there are several natural ingredients that could perform a similar job.

These include:

Garlic: the amino acids found in garlic contains sulphur which is ideal for killing the worms trapped in your child’s body.

Carrots: considered rich in vitamin A, and has immune boosting properties to fight worms.
