Some people need a little boost to lift their mood, and what you didn’t know is that there are different scented candles that can set the right tone to lift your spirits and mood.

At times it can be overwhelming to choose the right scent for different moods. For example, If you want to unwind, create a romantic gesture or relax. Picking the right scents of candles can be the perfect way to create that environment you’re looking for.

If you’re in need of relaxation, lavender or vanilla scented candles can help you reduce stress and anxiety levels. These scents have a calming effect on your body, however if you’re feeling sad and you are looking to lift your spirits, you can try using pumpkin pie and apple spice fragrances.

Sleep inducing scents

Sometimes you struggle to fall asleep because you overthink or rather take a long time falling asleep. It has been scientifically proven that using scented candles like vanilla, lavender or citrus, you stand better chances of falling asleep and they have been proven to reduce stress levels.

Concentration scents 

If you struggle to focus, lavender scent has been proven to help boost your concentration by triggering memory enhancement brain activity.
