The much-anticipated new local film, The Jakes Are Missing is finally here! It’s coming out this Friday, 23 October 2015. It’s a romantic comedy that features a star studded local cast that promises to have you in stitches.
It’s about Janice (Mampho Brescia) and Donald Jakes (Pope Jerrod) who have fallen out of love and are just going through the motions . Their teenage son, Simon (Mpho Sebeng) ends up at the wrong place at the wrong time and therefore the family has to go into Witness Protection. This sends them on a hilarious journey where they will rediscover what it means to love each other again.
The film also features stars like Nomzamo Mbatha, Celeste Ntuli, Zakeeya Patel and Abigail Kubeka amongst many others.
