Easy detox smoothie recipes

Needing to detox after a week long intake of just about anything? Try these amazing detoxing smoothies to cleanse your system and kickstart your body with these rejuvenating smoothies, having you feeling fresh for the new week.

Yellow Goodness 

Prep time: 10 minutes easy
Serves: 3

• 2 carrots, chopped
• 2 peaches, chopped
• 2 cups mango, peeled and chopped
• 2 bananas, chopped
• 1 cup melon, peeled and chopped
• 2 cups (500ml) orange juice

1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.

Green Tea Booster 

Prep time: 10 minutes easy
Serves: 2

• 1 cup (250ml) green tea, chilled
• 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
• 1 green apple, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup cucumber, chopped
• 2 handfuls fresh spinach, chopped
• 1 avocado, peeled and chopped
• 1⁄2 cup (125ml) maple syrup
• Ice to serve

1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve with ice.

Purple Power

Prep time: 10 minutes Serves: 2

• 1 grapefruit, peeled and chopped
• 2 cup strawberries • 1 cup watermelon, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup beetroots, chopped • 1⁄2 cup (125ml) honey

1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
