Why air-fryers are great

Air-fryers are a great kitchen appliance to use to prepare quick and easy meals.

They have became popular over the years as they are being advertised as a healthy alternative to enjoy those greasy fried foods.

Air-fryers work by circulating hot air which results in the crispy exterior of many fried foods that would have otherwise been deep-fried in oil. According to Heathline, air-fried foods can decrease the fat content of your food significantly and thus are a great healthy alternative.

Another great reason to love these handy kitchen appliances is that it appeals to those of us that don’t have the time to stand in front of a stove for long periods of time. Air-fryers are easy to use and they prepare meals faster since they use rapid air technology which heats up the appliance fast. Most air-fryers today comes with a manual which includes a guideline of proposed temperatures and timescales for certain types of food.

These are the foods that are easy to make using an air-fryer:

  1. French fries. This is easy to prepare as you can add frozen french fries directly into the air-fryer.
  2. Chicken strips. This is perfect if you are looking for a quick snack with minimal effort.
  3. Pastries. Air-fryers are great for reheating pastries like samosas and pies.
  4. Burgers. This is another great way to use your air-fryer.
  5. Bacon. Adding bacon in your air-fryer is great if you love crispy bacon.
