Try these egg bites for breakfast

Looking for an easy breakfast recipe that you can grab on the go? Try these egg bites as they are the perfect on the go breakfast that you are able to prep beforehand to save some much needed time in the morning. 

We all know eggs are the go to breakfast option for so many people. They pack a bunch of protein that is perfect for the first meal of the day. This high protein meal is great because it is paired with vegetables and this will help you feeling sustained as you go about your day. There are only seven ingredients in this recipe and in addition, you will need to have a silicone muffin pan. This recipe makes nine little egg bites for you to enjoy for breakfast or as a snack throughout the day.

List of ingredients include: 
7 eggs
1/4 cup whole milk or alternatively you could use 2% milk 
1/4 teaspoon salt
A pinch of black pepper
1/4 cup spinach, roughly chopped
1 small tomato, diced and seeded
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions to follow:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius 
Make sure your silicone muffin pan is well greased 
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper
Add your spinach, tomato, and cheese to the bottom of each silicone muffin cup
Then add 2-3 tablespoons of the egg mixture to each muffin cup
Then bake for 22-25 minutes until the egg mixture is set

Thats it! This delicious seven ingredient breakfast is a great way to start your day.
