Stomach bloating can be caused by a variety of factors, including overeating, eating too quickly, consuming gas-producing foods, and certain medical conditions.

According to Cleveland Clinic, A bloated stomach feels tight, full and often painful. You might feel bloated even if you don’t have a distended abdomen. Bloating is usually a digestive issue, though hormones and stress also play a part. Sometimes there is an underlying medical condition.

To reduce stomach bloating, Medical News Today suggests you try these foods:

Ginger

Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory and can help soothe the digestive system. You can add ginger to tea, smoothies, or dishes.
