1/2 pear diced
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup unflavored oats
pinch of nutmeg

Overnight oats instructions:
Add all the ingredients into a sealable jar or bowl and give it a stir until it’s all combined.
Let it soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but it is best to soak overnight for 8 hours. This will yield a creamier consistency.
Top your overnight oats with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 teaspoon honey or other sweetener, optional
-Strawberries/ blackberries or any other fruits for topping

Chia pudding instructions:

Cover the jar and store in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

When you’re ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruit and enjoy cold!
