Red Carpet at the Bet A List launch party

by Bongiwe Tshiqi

Last night the stars came out to shine at the launch of the BET A List which will be hosted by Nandi Madida and Ayanda Thabethe.  Here’s who we spotted on the red carpet.

1.Khanya Mkangisa was ravishing in a red cut-out number. It was age appropriate and suited her petite frame.

2. Connie and Shona Ferguson were relationship goals as they radiated happiness and style. Connie went super glam in gold and cream. Shona kept it dapper in a navy suit.

3. Omuhle Gela gave us spring fresh vibes in a silk floral jumpsuit paired with statement gold accessories. Loved it!

4. Never one to shy away from experimental dressing, Riky Rick opted for a school boy inspired ensemble and unfortunately we weren’t wowed.

5. The ladies of the moment Nandi and Ayanda made our fashion hearts swoon. Nandi glowed in a burnt orange gown and Ayanda had jaws dropping in a sexy low cut mint green creation.

6. We were here for Somizi’s look on all levels. It was trendy without being over the top and so red carpet worthy. The printed pants were an absolute hit. Nice one SomG.

7. Mbali Mlotshwa glistened in a gold two piece and was nicely complimented by black coffee who dabbled in a monochromatic palette.

8. A statement neck piece or some arm candy would’ve been just the items needed to complete this look. We adored the colour but overall it lacked luster.

9. This gear is all too familiar on DJ Sbu and we think it’s time to switch it up. *yawn*

10. Maps Maponyane was muted in all black.

11. Thando Thabethe was feminine in a fitted frock. Although it wasn’t one of her most memorable looks, she still pulled it off.
