3 ways to wear the utility fashion trend

by All4Women
how to wear the utility fashion trend

Way back in the days of the war, governments introduced utility clothing for economic purposes. If you’re not sure what utility is, just think lots of pockets or anything that you could wear on a really glam camping trip.

Utility is the coolest trend right now. Sporty athleisure is being replaced by relaxed, cargo looks in khakis and military greens.

Local celebs show you how to wear the utility fashion trend this season!

1. Jam packed jackets. Our days of complaining that men get all the pockets are over. Utility fashion is all about pockets and high-functionality. These jackets are great for winter and all you need to do is throw them over a pair of jeans and a cute top.

2. Pretty pants. As with jackets, utility pants have pockets on pockets. Well that style is back and as much as we love neutral and calm tones on utility pants, don’t be afraid to delve into a little colour. Utility pants are also a great alternative to jeans.

4. The finishing touch. If you’re not the biggest utility trend fan, you try it in small amounts by rocking one of these fabulous bags.
