SA celebs graced the MTNSummer red carpet as they showed up to the premiere of the long anticipated film Black Panther/ Wakanda Forever at Rosebank mall in Johannesburg.

The mall was filled with stardom as Somzi, along with South African comedian Mpho Popps and media personality K Naomi welcomed the stars on the red carpet as the three presenters of the premiere.

The night of the premiere was recalled as a bittersweet moment as the attendees felt the absence of Wakanda’s hero and king Chadwick Boseman who went by the name of T’Challa in the film.

Overall, it was truly a celebration of different diversities coming together and Africa taking up space. Mzansi’s celebs joined in the celebration as they slayed the red carpet in a Wakanda style.

Here are your favourite local celeb who absolutely rocked the MTN red carpet:

First up we have the host with the most, the one and only Somizi aka Somgaga who wore a lace shirt, with African print embedded on his shirt along with a black leather pant.
