Who said you can’t look good on a budget? A woman pays R150 for a full face beat at Small Street causing internet users to be shocked.

TikTok creator @tiisetsokunene posted a video on the app where she took a risk and had her makeup done at Small Street in Johannesburg famously known for selling clothing items at affordable prices.

However, internet users were sceptical about her doing her makeup in Small Street as many users have documented themselves and the result was not what they desired. Taking to the comment section users also posted their concerns regarding getting their makeup done at Small Street as places like that don’t usually clean their makeup brushes which can cause your skin to react badly.

Make-up artists are always encouraged to sanitise their workplace and regularly clean their brushes and tools so that they don’t cause their clients to have bad skin or acne problems, and despite getting their makeup done there the creator’s final look was flawless and clean.

Many TikTok users took to the comment section to ask for recommendations as her final look shocked them given the quality they are known for.

A concerned user asked if the makeup artists cleaned their tools as the mascara and lipstick were straight from the tube to her eyes and lips.

Another user said: “You are the first person I see with good makeup from Small Street.

Another user asked for the makeup artist’s details and thanked the creator for the plug.
