How to channel the quiet luxury aesthetic

Channelling the quiet girl aesthetic might be difficult for people who like to wear clothes that are quite expensive and loud.

In a world where everyone wants to have money, it is important to not only dress up according to your budget but also know how to style your clothes. Over the years, the new money vs old money aesthetic has been the talk of the town, as internet users have their way of differentiating between the two.

Most fashion influencers are slowly moving away from dressing in luxurious brands but mostly focused on styling the clothes in a more demure and cutesy way.

According to fashion hub, Nashville, nowadays the quiet luxury aesthetic is redefined as dressing in more elegant, chic wear with touches of classic and pastel tones, adding that it isn’t only channelled in what you wear but how you style your wardrobe.

Sumissura adds that this aesthetic is less about wearing branded items and more about the way you style your outfits. The aim is to look good without doing too much.

Here’s what TikTok creators had to say:

@thenewyorkstylist You’re going to want to take notes… ? The looks on the left actually cost more than the ones on the right, but the expensive clothes and accessories don’t matter if you pay attention to HOW you style your wardrobe. #quietluxury #stealthwealth #oldmoneyaesthetic #oldmoneyoutfits #styletok ♬ original sound – musicwithyourmom
