Zola 7 celebrates the 20th anniversary of his ‘Bhambatha’ album

South African Kwaito star Bonginkosi “Zola 7” Dlamini has proudly shared his musical milestone with his recent post celebrating 20 years of the release of his Bhambatha album.

The album was released by Zola 7 as an artist signed under the record label of Ghetto Ruff now known as Muthaland Entertainment, on the 18th of June in 2004.

The now 20-year-old album consists of 19 songs which include songs that made a name for the artist in the music industry such as Don’t Cry, Bhambatha and Ehlale Zola amongst many more.

Taking to his Instagram page, Zola 7 shared a snippet of the music video of Don’t Cry, alerting his supporters that the music video can be streamed on his YouTube page. He captioned the post: “Happy 20th Birthday to one of my favourite babies, the Bhambatha album released on 18 June 2004.”

The artist also took to his X (formerly Twitter) to share the celebration of the album and went down memory lane with his supporters as he asked them, which one of the songs in the album was their favourite.
