
Miss World South Africa title holder Zoalize Jansen van Rensburg’s hopes of being crowned as the next Miss World are still very much a reality.
The Pretoria-born model is currently in Hyderabad, India, where she will compete alongside some of the world’s most influential women to receive the coveted crown of being Miss World.
Earlier this year, she spoke about what the moment meant to her, highlighting that what she looked most forward to was experiencing sisterhood with fellow contestants.
“That’s one beautiful thing about the Miss World Festival, it’s women coming together, celebrating a common cause, and that cause is purpose. At the end of the day, there is no woman that is better than the other. We all have a common goal of ensuring that this world becomes a better place. To be a part of that impact is a privilege,” she said.
Meanwhile, she has since touched down in India and began getting involved in various humanitarian acts of to help the locals abroad.

She has recently also competed in the 2025 Miss World Talent Competition.
According to the event organisers, the talent competition requires 100 contestants to showcase their talents with pride and passion, creating a fun and entertaining environment for all.
After experiencing impressive auditions, only 24 eventually made the final. While Zoalize was among those who missed out, her journey to the crown is far from over.
With the 72nd Miss World taking place on the 31st May, she will be looking to give it her best shot, to reign victorious.
