Model and former Big Brother Mzansi contestant, Yolanda Mukondeleli Monyai has recently shared a hilarious joke about Big Brother’s new voice.

Big Brother is known to have a big commanding voice, that almost shocks everyone whenever he speaks. However, Yolanda feels like Big Brother lost that big voice.

Recently, Yolanda took to her X (formerly Twitter) page to share her insight about the new tone of the voice. She said: “This new voice of Biggie, had he disqualified me with it, I would have stayed in the house.”

During her stay in the house, Yolanda garnered thousands of followers who called themselves Yolifires, Yolanda was loud and known to spit fire should anything come negatively in her way in the house. She also had a feud with her fellow housemates, Lerato Modise and Papa Ghost.

Later in the game, the Limpopo native had Mzansi split in half when she faced disqualification after she commented on molesting a fellow contestant. At the time, MultiChoice the broadcasting company on which the reality competition show aired said on the matter:

“MultiChoice has investigated the matter regarding remarks made by a housemate on Big Brother Mzansi which is currently airing on DStv channel 198. “We do not condone any acts that threaten the safety of the housemates on the show, and we take Gender-Based Violence seriously.

“Therefore, the housemate who made the threatening remarks (Yolanda) has been disqualified from the game.”

After her disqualification, Yolanda apologised to the housemates.

“Guys, I just want to apologise for what happened on Thursday. I want to apologise to Ghost for what I said to you and what I said about you on that clip that you saw,” said Yolanda. “I just hope that you forgive me or find it in your heart to forgive me. I know that you know that’s not what I meant and the whole thing just landed wrong. I apologise for that.”

Yolanda then explained her reasons behind the comments made towards Papa Ghost:

“Because you are 27 and I am 33 if we slept together, it would kind of look like that [possible rape] to people.”
