In a delightful twist of magazine cover showdowns, South Africa’s former power couple, Siya and Rachel Kolisi, recently graced the covers of prominent magazines, prompting a flurry of social media banter and playful comparisons.

Rachel Kolisi, the dynamic entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast, set the tone by appearing on the March/April 2025 cover of Women’s Health South Africa.

Showcasing her commitment to wellness and empowerment, Rachel’s feature highlighted her journey in the fitness realm, inspiring many with her dedication and resilience.

Not to be outdone, Springbok captain Siya Kolisi graced the cover of GQ South Africa’s April Sports and Tech issue.

The feature delved into his illustrious rugby career, leadership both on and off the field, and his ventures into technological innovations within sports.

During an interview with the mag, Siya said he has no plans to retire yet. “While I am doing what I am doing, I want to give it my best. I always want to achieve more. The pressure comes from me,” he explained.

The near-simultaneous release of these covers did not go unnoticed by fans and followers. Social media platforms buzzed with lighthearted debates over who “wore it best,” with comments ranging from admiration to playful rivalry.
