Wendy Mbatha becomes daughter’s pillar through academic transition

Wendy Mbatha is the eldest sibling to the prominent South African actress and human rights activist Nomzamo Mbatha and the South African actor Zamani Mbatha. As the eldest sibling, Wendy has had to play quite a crucial and pivotal role in the upbringing of her siblings.

South African entrepreneur and social media influencer Wendy has several businesses in her name, with the aspiration of offering both her and her daughter, Nandi, the best quality of what life has to offer. One of her businesses includes a business that specialises in beauty, cosmetic and personal care, NCC Skin products which she co-owns with her daughter.

As many parents started grasping the concept of morning drop-offs and have possibly warmed up to the idea of their children entering new grades and schools, Wendy however experienced that for the first time yesterday when she encountered her first drop-off.

Nandi is now a mother to an official high scholar as her daughter begins an academic career at a new school, entering a new phase of her life.  Sharing a rather bittersweet moment between her and her daughter, she said, ” Today was a bittersweet moment, since schools open it was my first time driving you to school today.”

Similar to many other parents this moment was emotional for Wendy. “I shed a tear when you held my hand so tight, thereafter whispered into my ear that “Ma Ngiyasaba”, this change is not easy.”

Wendy then expressed that she will forever be her daughter’s pillar through any challenge and transition that life has for her. Part of her caption read, ” In my eyes I thought you had it all under control, from this day I want you to know that I will be by your side every morning till you are able to grasp into this change. Ngiyakuthanda Mamazi.”
