The Real Housewives of Durban are back, and to give fans of the show a foretaste of what is to come, Showmax has dropped the season four trailer which has been trending on social media since its arrival.

The latest season of the local, hit show sees the return of familiar faces – Sorisha Naidoo, Nonku Williams, JoJo Robinson, Slee Ndlovu and Maria Valaskatzis – while also introducing newcomers Zama Ngcobo, Ameigh Sibahle Thompson and Nqobile ‘Angel’ Ndlela.

One face that viewers will not see return to their screens is original cast member Annie Mthembu.

Social media users took to the comment section to express their love for the ladies.

Many were elated for the return of Nonku and Jojo, with one social media user stating, “I’m glad Nonku and Jojo are coming back. They are both MUST HAVES on this show. Of course, for the entertainment and fun part of the show. No shade to the other ladies, so don’t attack me y’all, I’m just speaking FACTS!”

Although excited, one person asked, “Can we see positivity this season? No fighting please. Can’t wait.”

Another social media user predicted the outcome of the new ladies: “Have a feeling Angel is going to show them some fire anyana here. Zama is a bit reserved. Ameigh will be close with Slee and Sori [Sorisha],” while adding, “Maria will join Sori and Slee’s camp.”

The Real Housewives of Durban season 4 is set to premiere on Showmax on 9 February 2024.
