Zenande Mfenyana, who has always rocked her signature hairstyle dreadlocks, has decided to chop them off after 20 years.

The actress took to her Instagram where she showcased to her followers how the dreadlocks were being chopped off.

She also revealed that her dreadlocks held a sentimental part in her life hence it was difficult for her to come to terms with chopping them off as her dreads were like her “best friend,” however, she is ready to embrace her new journey.

“A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life – Coco Chanel. It’s been 20 years of my dreadlock journey and it’s time for it to come to and end. I am welcoming the new me, the changed, lighter, wiser, wealthier me,” she wrote.
