The power of social media should not be taken for granted. TikTok sensation Thato Mashifane popularly known as Sis Maria from TikTok meets Vusi Nova.
Thato is one of the TikTok content creators that received recognition for putting in the work and being dedicated in content creation.
His content of portraying a neighbour that practices witchcraft did not only make him famous, but opened opportunities to do gigs. Topping it off, he got to meet the South African songwriter-singer Vusi Nova as he was about to release his album.
Sis Maria started off by doing a video where he introduced that Vusi is set to drop an album. In the video, the other characters he plays Joyce and Amahle were listening to the song as the daughter found out that Vusi will be dropping.

In another video, Vusi had also come to visit Joyce which got Sis Maria mad telling him to quit his reality show or she will do it for him.
