In a thrilling Rugby World Cup semi-final at the Stade de France, the Springboks staged a remarkable comeback to defeat England 16-15, securing their place in the final. Bokke supporters celebrate the win across the globe in high spirits for the final game next weekend.

Trailing by nine points in the last 10 minutes, the Springboks clawed their way back into the game, beat England, and made it through to the Rugby World Cup finals against New Zealand next weekend.

The match was a tense one up until the very end.

Handre Pollard kicked two crucial penalties, including a match-winning 50-meter penalty. RG Snyman scored the only try of the game, and despite England’s Owen Farrell’s four penalty goals and a drop goal, the Springboks managed to seal the victory.

Bokke supporters in South Africa and across the globe celebrate the huge victory, as our World Cup champs progress to the Rugby World Cup finals.

The semi-final match was played under challenging conditions, with rain and strong winds, favouring a tactical kicking game. The victory marked the Springboks’ fifth win in six Rugby World Cup meetings with England, further solidifying their place in the tournament’s history.

With this win, the Springboks set up a final clash with New Zealand, both teams aiming for their fourth Rugby World Cup title.

Go Bokke!
