Reality TV star Nozipho Ntshangase visited the Love and Marriage Family Podcast with Mo and Phindi and shared how her beautiful marriage crumbled.

Speaking to the married couple the mother of eight shared that her husband told her he was on a spiritual journey he has known of all his life.

This came as a shock to the Mommy Club reality TV star as in the 17 years she has been with her husband, he had never shared that, she detailed.

As a stay-at-home mom who has never worked, Nozi detailed that when they moved to Johannesburg the plan was to go study medicine in Zambia. They were now done with having kids and she was ready to focus on her life, she added.

With Zambia being just 2 hours from Joburg and her husband working for himself, the couple did not foresee any issues with Nozi’s move, shared the reality TV star.

“We had a plan that we would make the medicine work, I’ve supported his career all along. We built his business I used to run around to submit tender documents with my kids in the back seat.”

After her husband’s revelation that taking a second wife was something he had to do whether she was in agreement or not she was left wondering what to do and just focused on raising her kids.

“As I’m watching my relationship and my marriage, what I knew just deteriorated because it’s hard to give yourself to something that you can see that this is not my plan and I’m definitely not planning to stay in it.”

Nozi also shared that at first, she thought her husband was just going through a phase only for things to get more serious.

She shared how small little things like going to the shops together were not happening as her husband would request to go by himself and how calls would not be picked up when she was calling.

The mother of eight described how inseparable they were from her husband, considering that Bukhosi was born in Cape Town as her husband wanted her to accompany him on a work trip to Cape Town while she was pregnant.

Nozi went on to share how her kids started seeing the disconnection between the two of them and how it started affecting them.

“It’s been hard….  literally waking up in the middle of the night and I’ll call a friend of mine and I’m like, Thandi how the f%ck did we get here,” detailed the mom.
