Politician and daughter of former president Jacob Zuma, Duduzile Zuma- Sambundla recently visited DJ Warras and DJ PH’s podcast, The Shady PHodcast, to speak all things politics and family.

During the podcast proceeds, the fierce leader was asked about her determination to be her father’s protector and her stance in the new party led by Msholozi, Umkhonto Wesizwe.

She shared that she decided to be her father’s last line of defence as he has gone through the most for many years. She also added that she calls herself her father’s pit-bull as she will face anyone who come for him.

The podcasters proceeded to ask what her position in the MK party was, asking if she was indeed a president in waiting as many people thought.

The twin to Duduzane jokingly replied, “You can call me madam president” before bursting into laughter:

She added, “To answer your question, I think my father is the head and I’m obviously the neck.”

The cast was clearly amused by the comment adding that the head cannot move without the neck.

They also asked if the mother of two does exist in the party in an official manner and not just as her dad’s right hand-woman to which she responded:

“I sit in the core. I vote with other comrades, we make decisions, we debate.”

She did however state that she had no intentions to be in the forefront and was happy to be behind the scenes working her magic.
