The door-to-door election campaign has been an interesting one since political parties started campaigning for votes, with President Cyril Ramaphosa toping trending charts for his unique way of appealing to the masses.
The president has been seen kissing old grannies, holding babies and even exploring with snuff tobacco.
In a TikTok video shared on the app by head of digital communications in the presidency, Athi Geleba, the president who visited a home of a woman who smokes snuff tobacco can be seen trying to understand it.
Talking to the woman, Cyril asks whether the lady takes the tobacco through her mouth of is she sniffs it through her nose.
The woman who is not shown on the video responds saying she sniffs it with her nose.
The president then proceeds to smell the tobacco before saying:
“Yhuu, this is strong, I’m scared of it,” while closing it.

Internet users were left amused by the video, taking time to comment:
“I really wish he was a good president. I like him personally but unfortunately majority of us can’t vote for the ANC no more,” said one user.
Another user shared the same sentiments with other users commenting, “I’m also caught up between a rock and hard place, I love Ramaphosa, but I hate ANC.”
“Mara our president is humble man struu (I swear), said a user.
One user seemed to have a perfect solution to the country problem of corrupt political leaders commenting, “Mr Ramaphosa must continue doing door to door after election and do follow up and fire those who are not doing service delivery.”
