BONGANI FASSIE: X

Late veteran singer, Brenda Fassie’s son Bongani’s recent explicit behaviour has internet users feeling very concerned about him.

From fighting with his late mother’s music executive over royalty monies to blowing over R12,5 million, the producer and former member of the Hip-hop group Jozi has been worrying many people.

According to entertainment publication, ZiMoja, a video of Bongani half-naked has been going viral. In the video, he is seen showing aggressive behaviour towards his estate security. It is alleged that this altercation started when he brought five women from a night out into his apartment. The publication further reports that he refused for them to leave and he later allegedly started beating them up.

Apart from these disturbing videos making their rounds on social media, it would not be the first time that the producer was accused of being abusive.

According to reports news publication, The South African, Bongani was also accused of vandalism and beating his ex, Buhle Sangewni, last year. At the time she said: “This is my house. He broke everything. Everything is broken. This is what Bongani Fassie did.”

Speaking on the recent video, a close source told the entertainment publication:

“He was also pushing and pulling his friends, who could only watch as he became more violent.”

It was said that multiple attempts were made to stop Bongani from being violent. “One of the ladies who stays opposite him had to request a ride for the ladies while the security staff was trying to calm him down.”
