Was Miss Nigeria winner Chidimma Adetshina snubbed by Miss Universe?

Could Miss Universe Nigeria winner Chidimma Vanessa Adetshina have been snubbed by the Miss Universe beauty pageant since she was not featured as part of the contestants for this year?

Internet users have since reacted to Chidimma not being part of the contestants for the 2024 international beauty pageant Miss Universe. Even after winning the competition, mzansi users still find reasons to not support the contestant in anything she sets out to do.

The renowned beauty pageant is managed by a Thailand and Mexican-based Miss Universe Organisation is yet to crown a Miss Universe on Saturday, 16 November.

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter) users shared their thoughts on her not being on the list of women participating in the competition with some users alluding that it was due to the fact South African identification saga which led her to withdraw from the Miss SA competition and later enter the Miss Universe Nigeria.

African contestants included Miss Zimbabwe, Sakhile Dube and Miss SA Mia Le Roux excluding Miss Nigeria.

As internet users ask themselves where Chidimma is on the list, some users claim the saga could have contributed to her being allegedly snubbed.
