Vatiswa Ndara to release a new book – Unfiltered

Vatiswa Ndara is to release her second book called Unfiltered. This is Vatiswa’s second book following her first book I Am Because of You, which she released in 2017.

Vatiswa, one of South Africa’s favorite actresses who used to keep us glued to our TV screens as the drunkard – Miriam on SABC series Home Affairs.

She took to her social media accounts to announce her upcoming book. 

The actress has been laying low since 2020 after she wrote an open letter to the Minister of Arts and culture, Nathi Mthethwa. 

In the open letter, the Igazi star detailed some of the alleged unfair labour practices, poor remuneration, poor working conditions and alleged unfair treatment by producers and others.

Fans have “missed her dearly” and were over the moon with the announcement of this book. “Yhooo Sis Vee. Ohhhw how good it feels to hear from you. So glad u are doing well apho ukhoyo (where you are), definitely getting myself a copy, uyakhumbuleka, (we miss you )” a supporter commented on her twitter post.  

“This I am getting, about time. One thing about literature, it lives on and never dies,” another tweep commented.
