Twitter peeps accuse Beyoncé of not supporting Chlöe Bailey’s debut album

The tweeps are not happy with Beyoncé’s lack of support for Chlöe Bailey’s debut album, In Pieces.

According to Chart Data, In Pieces – which was released through Beyoncé’s Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records on March 31st – sold only 10 000 album units and debuted at 119 on this week’s Billboard 200.

Chlöe did, however, exclusively tell ET that Beyoncé listened to her album before its release. “She gave me notes on it before I released it.”

Although Chlöe had positive things to say, a lot of tweeps had a different opinion of the megastar.

One tweep said, “Beyoncé nasty for not promoting Chloe’s album…a simple IG repost would’ve probably gave Chloe a top 50 debut.”

Beyoncé nasty for not promoting Chloe’s album ? a simple IG repost would’ve probably gave Chloe a top 50 debut.

mind you if this was Nicki’s artist, they would’ve dragged her to hell and back

Another questioned why Beyoncé had even signed the artist.

not to be funny, but I really wanna know what was the point of Beyoncé signing chloe? like was it for a look? so that someone can be under her? I don’t get it, cause how do you let your artist drop an album & you don’t support it not once & now she sold 10k ?

One Twitter user had even alleged Bey of not caring about Chlöe’s career.

Idk it seems like to me Chloe’s attachment to Beyonce is one of the biggest things holding her back marketing wise. Everyone wants her to be the next Beyonce and won’t see her as her own person. So maybe she didn’t even want Beyoncé to post ??‍♂️ https://t.co/mFZ279K2cn

Of course, many people jumped to Beyoncé’s defence.

Beyoncé is preparing for a whole mf tour and probably stressed out with 3 of them churn and transitions with her back up dancers…&yall crying about her not making a post of Chloe’s mf album? If Beyoncé would’ve post I STILL say y’all wouldn’t run to support that girl album sthu

Wait…no way ppl are blaming Beyoncé for Chloe’s lack of success. ? huh?

Chlöe still showed Beyoncé love, telling ET, “I love her so much. Dearly, dearly, and I’m so grateful to her for everything.”
