Content creator Tshepi Vundla and Idols Judge Tabure Thabo Bogopa Junior, professionally known as JR Bogopa are preparing to tie the knot. Tshepi has endured years of online teasing for her long-term relationship with music producer and Idols SA judge JR for not being married. The couple had been together for over a decade and have two children together – 5 year old boy, Sibabalwe Bogopa and 10 month old baby girl, Liyema Bogopa.
Tshepi took to Instagram to announce what seemed to be the beginning of her Lobola negotiations. Posing with her fiancé, she was dressed modestly in a semi-traditional dress, covered her shoulders with a shawl, wore a doek and had a gorgeous ring on her ring finger and captioned her picture : “?? ❤️?”

Social media users were happy for the couple as many shared the post and her comment section was filled with congratulatory messages from friends, industry peers and her followers:

JR is a music producer and Motswako rapper, he has a handful of South African chart-topping songs that feature him as both producer and performer. JR recently joined the Idols judging panel alongside Thembi Seete and Somizi Mhlongo.
Tshepi Vundla entered the industry as a stylist and personal shopper and is now a full-time content creator and has worked with local and international brands.
