After doing a show in Atlanta to kick off his Off the Record Tour, Trevor Noah decided to make a quick stop in Mexico where he had to find a new comb that could tend to his afro after his one had been taken by airport security.
Trevor is set to grace the stage once more in the next show of the tour, happening in Louisville, Kentucky, on February, 10.
However, his short holiday to Mexico before then got off to a rough start. The comedian took to his Instagram stories to share that a certain item had been confiscated.
“Afro comb confiscated by airport security,” he wrote on his story.
“They said they didn’t know what it is.”

Despite the minor inconvenience and potential bad hair days, Trevor seemed as though he enjoyed the little downtime he spent in the South American country.
“The best food, the best people, the best surprise. Gracias CDMX,” Trevor wrote in the caption of a post in which he shared some snaps from Mexico.
