Once got scammed via Takealot after purchasing some items via their app. About 6K likely I quickly reported it to the bank and got my money back and requested for a new card. Just swith off the online purchase service via your app after usage. It will solve the problem hade dawg!

Was patiently waiting for bro to tell us how he got scammed, since well he says many people went through the same things…this doesn’t really help

Yap, all my online purchases are through virtual cards!!!! Also try to move everything to credit cards because whatever is in it belongs to the bank!

At the time of publication, there has been no official statement from Uber Eats regarding the allegation, and it remains unclear whether the matter has been formally reported to authorities or resolved.

This is a developing story.
