This season of Uthando Nes’Thembu is not make sure

by Silindokuhle Booi

Polygamist Musa Mseleku, the reality TV star from Uthando Nes’Thembu, has been making headlines again after becoming a father for the 11th time. The arrival of his newborn with his fifth wife, Samke Khwela, has sparked a mix of excitement and controversy among fans.

Musa’s journey to becoming a father of 11 has been quite the rollercoaster ride. After a tumultuous Seasons 7 and 8, during which his wives opposed his decision to marry a fifth woman, he finally introduced Samke Khwela to the family. The news of her pregnancy was met with a range of reactions, but Musa shared the news with his first wife, MaCele, and the rest of the family.

When photos of Musa visiting his newborn in a car surfaced online, courtesy of a fan’s leak, the internet was abuzz with opinions. One X (previously Twitter) user, @AnelileGibixego, took to social media to express her thoughts, saying, “Musa is too old to be visiting his child in his car. Anyway, they are saying this child looks like Sne.” The comment suggested that Musa’s age and the circumstances of visiting his child were not sitting well with her.

However, things took a different turn on Mother’s Day when Samke Khwela posted a photo of Musa Mseleku with their baby, this time indoors. The image seemed to showcase a more intimate and joyful moment between the new parents and their little one.

The reactions to Musa’s new addition to the family highlight the complexities and controversies surrounding his personal life. As a polygamist and a reality TV star, Musa’s decisions and actions are under constant scrutiny. Despite the criticism, Musa and his family seem to be embracing this new chapter in their lives.
