The internet reacts to Brenda Ngxoli breast feeding on national TV

A screenshot of a picture where South Africa’s talented actress Brenda Ngxoli breastfed while in a TV interview surfaced on the internet, creating a lot of conversations around motherhood and attending to a child’s needs.

Born in the Eastern Cape Brenda has been in the entertainment industry for many years. She has graced the screens of television films and shows such as Home Affairs, The Queen, iNumber Number, The River and many more.

The television interview took place at the Newsroom Africa studios and was conducted by media personality and businesswoman Zandile Nhlapho.

Comfortable in the newly found motherhood joy, Brenda spoke about her am to get to Hollywood, her career as well and motherhood. While chatting, she breastfed her baby.

Shared by many internet users, the picture drew many comments from people who expressed that she did well with her child, with some adding that in the African culture, it is not taboo to breastfeed in public.

One user shared her own similar story expressing that she got more support from men that a security lady who looked at her funny.

I once breastfed my baby at Mr price the security lady gave me attitude before I could reply the men behind me put her in her place damn I love south african men when it comes to breastfeeding issue they take pride and have the utmost respect

Nothing wrong with breastfeeding in public, but you as a mom should cover your breast if you have any respect for your body, period.
