Have you noticed how it seems like every celebrity in South Africa is launching their own podcast these days? Seriously, it feels like a new podcast drops every week! From musicians to influencers, it’s as if everyone is picking up a mic and sharing their thoughts with the world.

Let’s dive into this exciting trend and see who recently joined the podcasting scenes.

One of the standout podcasts in the South African scene is Podcast and Chill with MacG. Hosted by Macgyver Mukwevho, better known as MacG, alongside co-host Sol Phenduka and the mysterious “Ghost Lady,” this podcast has taken the country by storm.

Joining the podcast wave is the loved duo Robot Boii and Mpho Popps, who have launched their own show called Popcorn and Cheese. Under the umbrella of Podcast and Chill with MacG.

Unathi Nkayi! The former Idols SA judge recently announced on her Instagram that she’s gearing up to launch her very own podcast titled A Safe Space with Unathi.

And now, the latest celeb making waves in the podcasting world is the talented Relebogile Mabotja Known for her multi-talented skills as an MC, program director, voiceover artist and radio host, Relebogile is bringing her wealth of experience to the podcasting arena.

She recently hinted about her podcast on Instagram, sharing a clip with the caption, “The Relebogile Mabotja Podcast.”
