Thabang Molaba stars alongside Morgan Freeman in Hollywood blockbuster

After captivating audiences with his portrayal of Korabo “KB” Molapo in Netflix’s Blood & Water, the time has come for actor Thabang Molaba to spread his wings and go global.

The 30-year-old is now part of a cast featuring several big names in the international movie industry as he recently concluded the filming of a new American blockbuster called Now You See Me, Now You Don’t.

According to a media publication, Business Insider, the film is the third of its kind and tells the story of a secret organisation of magicians, called the Four Horsemen, who pull off seemingly impossible heists and take down criminals.

This year marks nine years since the second installment of the franchise was released in 2016, while the first ever film made its way onto the theatre screen in 2013. Both, according to the above-mentioned publication, are reported to have done extremely well at the box office.

Thabang first revealed the news about his involvement late last year when he took to Instagram to share some pictures of himself involved in an action scene as well as some videos of the behind-the-scenes celebrations.
