Teacher gives a glimpse of the South Africa we want

Pretoria High School for Girls’ teacher has been trending because of a video that shows off her dance moves. 

The young educator performed a popular TikTok dance challenge and her students were ecstatic to see their teacher loosen up in front of them.

The teacher won the hearts of the internet after she was surrounded and recorded by her students as she was dancing to “Salary Salary by Robot Boii”.

As she unleashed her vibey facial expression while dancing to the song, the young teacher won the hearts of online viewers, and most joked that she understood the assignment.

Many commented after seeing the video that this is the South Africa that makes them proud.

Mzansi commented that this exemplified what a good teacher should be with her openness by relating to students beyond the classroom.

The video has over 265k likes and over 4000 comments and this teacher of the year is on the way to becoming TikTok famous.

Many TikTok users commented after being impressed with the teacher.

“I would be an astronaut today if she taught me in high school?,” wrote @zamangidi24.

“A slight glimpse of the South Africa we want,” wrote @mbanjwabrown.

“She does the facial expressions when she dances!,” wrote @zeh.furr.
