T’Bo Touch shares his background in the ministry

by Bongiwe Mati

The Replenishment concert founder known by many as T’bo Touch recently gave his followers a bit of background on his life.

In a recent post of Bishop Noel Jones’ video confirming his virtual attendance of The Replenishment concert, T’bo Touch shared a lengthy message on his life,  highlighting his passion for gospel, entrepreneurship skills and the importance of having faith and believing in God.

He shared:

“I was in Grade 8 the year 1994 staged a gospel revival in my High school Suncrest in Vanderbijlpark. I had no sponsors, spent all my savings and booked a group called family factory, Israel Mosehla, and my church choir . To my surprise the event was sold out. 2 years later I staged another concert this time at Vaal Show Grounds and we had over 4 000 tickets sold exceeding the venue capacity and my expectations.”

“I was sued by a couple of tickets holders, sponsors and Vereeniging’s EMS who couldn’t get in the venue due to an unregulated over flow. I was 15 years at the time so as I minor my GrandFather Apostle PF Molefe intervened and we all know the Old man was flabbergasted due to his standing in the community. Fast forward I moved to New York same year and boom ?.”

“Those who are familiar with the New York State Fair the biggest lifestyle event in New York State pretty much the equivalent of, my unreserved love for Gospel experiences grew much larger and this time I brought the honourable Bishop Noel Jones to Syracuse (New York State Fair) the magnitude of this event was graced by former the US State Secretary Mrs Hillary Clinton.”

“Fast forward In Sep 2010 we took it to the next level and staged Bishop TD Jakes and Noel Jones at Orlando Stadium thanks to the help and efforts of Dr Irvin Khoza who came to my rescue in my dire need. Both world renowned Bishop TD Jakes and Bishop Noel Jones delivered a life changing sermons on the day.”

The Metro FM radio host and businessman concluded his post by motivating his followers to take charge of their lives and not focus on their circumstances, adding:

“Why am I sharing this particular narrative, I’m a living testimony of what faith can do when you least expect. A sharpeville born young man, has always pursued a life driven by faith. My History and background in the ministry is unmatched. It hasn’t been a smooth sailing journey but that never stopped me from dreaming and believing in my end goal. I dedicate this event to my late grand Mother who used her last penny to co-sponsor my 1st event in Grade 8.”

“My grandfather who gave me the gift of salvation. I strongly believe that their God is going to move in the lives of everyone who’s attending the #replenishmentconcert ticketpros.co.za has your ticket.”
