In light of the breaking news of the divorce between actors, Hungani Ndlovu and Stephanie Sandows, the internet users tried to put pieces together in trying to find a reason behind this big step.

Different conversations sparked on the internet, with some accusing Stephanie of mistreating Hungani while others speculated that Hungani cheated on his wife.

On the other end, some netizens shared that they believed actress and Stephanie’s best friend, Petronella Tshuma, may have had a negative impact on their marriage, or she may have involved herself too much in their marriage after seeing her making more appearances on The Ndlovus Uncut. This prompted Stephanie to voice out her feelings regarding the speculations.

Taking to her Instagram to set the record straight, Stephanie first highlighted the bullying she endured since the news broke. However, she felt like she had to speak up, after seeing that her friend had been caught in the crossfire. Former Scandal! actress said it is unfair that she is dragged into something that she had no involvement in.

“You guys are attacking her character, you are attaching her as a person, and you are attacking her as a mother. You are finding every loophole to reach her, no matter how much we try to navigate it,” Stephanie said.

She also said that the bullying has affected how she does things, which is not fair to her.

Instagram users weighed in:

One user said: “People should learn to respect your boundaries and your privacy. It’s not right what they are saying about you and Petronella . You are amazing beings. I’m sorry that you and Petronella are facing so much hate, when you don’t deserve any of it. Sending you love and virtual hugs. Remember that this too shall pass. I love you so much.”

Another one said: “Sending you both love and hugs during this difficult time.”

While another one said: “Mama you should not allow the world to decide for you, and also you both have a beautiful blessing you daughter to take care of. Leave the noise, stand your ground and the less you involve the world the better; the world is cruel and people are dealing with their unresolved things now they want use you as scapegoats. Love and light mama.”
