South African artists featured on Usher’s new album

American singer-songwriter and dancer Usher Raymond IV recently announced that he is set to drop his new album Coming Home.

Taking to Instagram, the 44-year-old artist shared the official track list of his album whilst he announced that it is available on Apple Music for pre-order. As it is normal for artists to release singles that are lead songs for an upcoming album, Usher released his and it got many South Africans excited as they saw familiar names on the Ruin song.

Usher worked with Soa Mattrix, Manana, Major League DJz, Murdahbngz and Junior Taurus. When the single was released, these artists took to their Instagram accounts to express their gratitude.

Soa Mattrix wrote that it was an honour to work with Usher, “It’s an honour to be part of @usher “Ruin” project. Usher’s “Ruin” remix pack now out!!!”

Murdah also shared and wrote that he had a privilege of working with Usher and it was a great experience, “Had the privilege of working on a 3 Step version with @usher & @pheelzgood called Ruin. What an amazing experience to work with an artist I look up to.”

“Congratulations on the new project and thank you to you and your team @la_reid @gamma for considering me,” he added.

He concluded his caption by saying, “I of course have to give credit and thanks @dr_moruti and @mhawkeys for working on this marvelous song with me. Ruin is out, please go listen to our version.”
