Somizi bags matric dance gigs as a fashion designer

by Zintle Mdaka

Media personality Somizi Mhlongo has proven to be a jack of all trades with his recent venture in the fashion space.

Following the success of his first fashion show, Somizi shared that he scored two gigs to design and sew matric dance dresses. He continues to inspire many through his courage to start, as well as by acknowledging that he is still learning a certain skill as he takes us through his journey of exploring different ventures.

Recently, he shared pictures of two ladies who were dressed by Sompire Femme by Somizi. If the pictures are anything to go by, the ladies looked happy in their stunning dresses.

“Last month I did my first two matric dance dresses. Here’s to many more unforgettable experiences,” he penned. The former Idols SA judge also shared a poster detailing the services he offers as a fashion designer.

Sompire Femme by Somizi renders services for matric dances, weddings, gala dinners, red carpet events, engagements, birthdays, pageants, evening couture and other special celebrations.
