South African media personality Sol Phenduka is known for staying on top of the latest gossip, and he recently weighed in on actress Buhle Samuels’ fraud scandal.

Buhle Samuels, a former Muvhango actress, is accused of fraud and forgery related to her purchase of a luxury Porsche SUV in August 2024. According to reports, Samuels allegedly falsified company documents and forged signatures to register the vehicle under her name without authorisation.
She also reportedly attempted to change ownership of the vehicle without making any payments. The police seized the vehicle pending an investigation.
Samuels appeared at the Alexandra Magistrates’ Court, where she was set to face the allegations. Her next court appearance is scheduled for May 16, 2025.
In response to the allegations, Samuels claimed that the accusations are false and announced that she would be pursuing legal action against individuals who spread the news.
She stated, “It is a legal matter, so I cannot get into the nitty-gritty currently. What I can categorically state is, the accusations are very false and legal action will be taken against anyone who endorses these falsehoods.”
