The Friends of Amstel is an annual event that offers a premium music and lifestyle experience, and this year, the event saw some expansion with two additional cities.

After successful events in Cape Town and Durban, all roads are headed to Jozi for this year’s event grand finale.

Friends of Amstel kicked off their countrywide tour with an electric and unforgettable show in the Mother City. The show included headliners such as K.O, Sjava, Dlala Thukzin and Uncle Waffles who rocked the stage all night long. Moving on to Durban, the event provided one of the most exciting the city has seen in a long time.

This November, all roads lead to the city of gold for Friends of Amstel and anticipation is through the roof as event organisers have released the full lineup set to shut Jozi down.

If the previous events are anything to go by, attendees should start preparing now if they want to make it through the whole night. It is also fitting that things will close off in Jozi, as the city and its people are known for their ability to groove and have a good time.

The Joburg leg will feature an even more thrilling line-up with the likes of Major League DJs, Kabza de Small, Kelvin Momo and Cassper Nyovest, along with the artists that were part of the Durban and Cape Town leg. Younger artists such as Usimamane and Zee Nxumalo will also get a chance to establish themselves as worthy performers.
