Skeem Sam actor Patrick, hosts a new cooking show on Netflix

By now if you don’t believe in the phrase “fake it until you make it” fall back because Patrick Seleka can teach you a thing or two.

The Skeem Saam actor Patrick Seleka, not only plays a chef onscreen as Katlego Peterson on Skeem sam, he is now hosting a cooking show on Netflix called The Cook Along.

Seleka, had long life dreams of becoming a chef and now he is living his dreams as he discovers new flavors and learning from other professional chefs new cuisines.

As the host of The Cook Along he will venture across South Africa eating and replicating dishes prepared by celeb chefs using farm-fresh ingredients. 

The show didn’t come overnight for the Skeem sam actor, he had to work just a little bit hard to be taken serious as a cook.

When he describes himself, he still puts “aspiring chef” next to his name as he believes that he still has a lot to learn and he’s up for the task, “A township kid with a passion for food goes on a quest to learn more about food. Turning my Skeem Saam storyline into a reality. This is the making of the aspiring chef SLK,” he wrote.

The show is about farm style cooking and the host Patrick, reciprocate the recipe with his own twist. You can now watch the cooking show on Netflix.
