Sjava’s latest album receives a certified platinum

South African songwriter, singer, actor and Jabulani Hadebe professionally known as Sjava received a certified platinum for his latest album Isibuko.

Sjava is famously known for making great music that his followers have proven to like. The Kwa-Zulu Natal born artist is currently in collaboration with Big Zulu and they are called Inkabi Zezwe. They have released an album together which was received well by social media and their followers.

His Isibuko album was released early in 2023 and the has since received over 54.2 million streams worldwide and 37.8 million streams in South Africa. Taking to Instagram the 39- year- old artist shared his platinum status where each song was displayed.

In his caption he thanked his supporters he wrote, “Siyabonga,” with a heart emoji.

Social media users and industry friends congratulated him and said:

“A quality, quality, quality ARTIST!! Thank you for the great music Nkabi.”

Another social media user wrote that Sjava is always consistent and producing quality music, “Quality! Consistency! My favourite! Well deserved.”

Media personality and businesswoman, Simz Ngema also congratulated Sjava and said:

“Congratulations big bro.”

Other music artists such as Daliwonga, Qwabe twins and Nomfundo Moh wrote congratulatory messages to Sjava.

In a different post, Sjava celebrated the album’s one year anniversary since its release, in his caption he asked people which song was their favourite.
